Gonzalo has comprehensive knowledge of light metal framing/drywall installation, including layout for light metal framing, drywall, and finishes up to Level 5, in compliance with the work governed by C-9 and C-33 licenses. In addition, he has proven field management experience working with small to large crews and has excellent collaboration with other trades onsite. Finally, he can read plans and provide cost-saving value engineering to our clients in most cases.

Renee has extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction-related requirements, i.e., marketing and contract negotiation, overseeing construction documentation, procurement of materials and supplies, managing company business, supervising administrative staff, and creating production project scheduling.

Afonso has worked with Gonzalo for over 20 years as a co-worker and mid-management. Afonso is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the job site, starting with morning stretches, issuing assignments to maintain the production schedule, conducting weekly safety meetings, creating and documenting daily reports, monitoring real-time safety procedures during the workday, and reporting all discrepancies and/or progress. Ingrid has provided remote general accounting support services for our Drywall Company since 2020. Ingrid has performed accounting services for over $2.8M to date in preparing monthly P&Ls, Balance Sheets, AIA Payment Billings, Schedule of Values, Change Orders, and Job Cost Controls.

David has successfully provided over $2.8M estimates since 2020 with accurate take-offs and color-coded drawings with self-explanatory legends using Planswift Digital Software. We also provide our clients with an easy-to-understand take-off showing Drawing Number, Details, Height, Size, Spacing, and Type of Materials used for each Wall type. Finally, this software and David's many years of experience allow his estimates to grasp the financial elements of our light metal and drywall installation, facilitate improvement for project planning, and present value engineering where possible and budgeting.
